5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Locations

We currently deliver within India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5.3 Delivery

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If delivery cannot be completed, you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional charges.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn products with tags attached. Footwear and certain hygiene products may not be eligible for return.

6.2 Return Process

6.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
